1. I have not received my order. You can check the status of your order in your account. If you are not registered on mapeha.com, check your email to see if we have sent you an email informing you of your order. If after the shipping period you have not received your order, please contact customer service using the form on the contact page with your name and surname, order number, date on which the order was placed and we will respond as soon as possible.
2. Buy with a promotional code or discount. If you have a Mapeha promotional code, log in to our page and you can use it before completing the order in the "Summary of your purchase". Enter the promotional code and click on "Apply discount code". If the discount code is valid, you will see the discount applied in the summary of the purchase. Mapeha promotions (discount codes) are limited per online order. Promotional codes cannot be combined. In case of return or exchange, the value of the coupon will not be refunded. The coupon cannot be exchanged for money.

RETURNS

1. Deadline for making a return. You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to make a free return or exchange online. The Mapeha product must be in the same condition in which you received it, with no apparent signs of use, correctly labeled and in its original packaging. We cannot return any item that is not in perfect condition.
2. Return costs. The first return of an order is always free. If you would like to request a second return with home collection of the same order, you would have to send us the package with the courier agency of your choice, assuming the cost.
3. Refund. Once we receive your return at our logistics centre, the Customer Service department will contact you to confirm the refund within a maximum period of 15 days. This period may be longer during Christmas, sales and promotions such as Black Friday, etc. The refund for returned items will be made in the same payment method in which they were paid. Shipping costs, the amount of gift wrapping, or any other expense or service related to your order will not be refunded .
